Our stud battery has and is based on the ultimate combination of strength in physical makeup and productivity.  It is our belief that the best stud bucks come from the best does and a consistent breeding program that emphasizes pre-potent production traits in the kids.  Our search for such herd sired in ongoing both in our own crops of quality young sires as well as in other herds.

Past Sires...

NK Nothin' But Butt AKA Wobbles (pedigree)

                   Wobbles is a full brother to Norman Kohls herd sire NMT, whom you have seen in much of his advertising.  Wobbles is also the sire of Kohls' show champion winning buck Motley Brute!  Wobbles has accumulated 160 points toward ennoblement according to ABGA.  His mother is a full sister to Tomkat and Stud Monkey, which is an indicator of what a powerful genetic line he comes from. 

The majority of our 2007 kids are sired by Wobbles and are incredible, and do validate his name... really nice rear ends!  Sadly, Wobbles died after a short sickness in October 2007, a huge loss.  His doe kids will be our major offerings at our 2008 production sales.  Semen is available

Ennobled NK Tomkat (pedigree) - A Norman Kohls bred buck...Tomkat is a HMR Sumo son (ennobled Mojo Magic and ennobled Der Walt G49)  and by a National Grand Champion Kohls doe by ennobled Oscar (Sir) and whose National Reserve Champion mother is by ennobled Kaptein.  Tomkat was born in March 2001.  We have yet to own a buck that is as consistent producer as Tomkat.  His sons, Tsunami, Samurai Jack, Top Cat, Johnny Bravo and Tomahawk have  proven themselves in 2003, and sons Miller, Aftershock, Sloan and Foster are proven in 2004!  Tomkat's genetics are a major part of our breeding program and showstring as both sons, grandsons and daughters, granddaughters are producing winners!  Semen Available for Sale.

Tomkat is gone now...but his legacy lives on and on and on!

Blazin' Frank   The great NK Blazin' Frank (pedigree) made his home in August of 2004!  Blazin' Frank is an outstanding buck bred and used for many years by Norman Kohls.   Frank is an amazing animal...Norman told us about his hardiness, which we have proven in our cold Utah climate!  This guy is a doe producer and we are using his daughters as out next generation of foundation genetics!  Frank is 9 years old this year, and still competes genetically with the younger generation in terms of quality, style and productivity!  And he still has a twinkle in his eye, like that of a young buck!  Watch for his 2007 son "Zappa", we are expecting great things.
