he high mountains of Utah (6,500+ ft elevation) are home. The summers
are wonderful with cool nights and warm days. The winters challenge the
hardiness of the both the animals and us. Normally the snow is deep and
the temperatures are cold. Only the hardy can survive here! The
ranch consists of 800+ acres of high mountain grazing and crop
land. The Boers have adapted handily to these conditions and thrive on the
hillsides and rangeland. Our fullblood doe herd has been downsized from
130 does to 15
does with many top quality percentage does for show wethers and the commercial
meat goat industry.
